Qualifications

  • Minimum of 12 months' experience in Helpdesk or 1st Line Support.
  • Familiarity with IT security best practices.
  • Experience with telephony and video conferencing tools.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support to users resolving a variety of technical queries.
  • Maintain and monitor helpdesk tickets for prompt solutions.
  • Configure PCs and printers, and manage IT stock inventory.
  • Contribute to IT project work ensuring high standards are met.
