Job summary

A leading Civil Service organisation is seeking an Interim Employee Relations Lead for a 4-month role in London with hybrid working. Ideal candidates should be able to provide expert advice on employee relations issues, manage investigations, and support HR performance. A strong understanding of employment law and ideally a MCIPD qualification is required. This position offers competitive pay around £250 per day, and you will work closely with HR Business Partners in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of current employment law and ACAS codes.
  • Experience in managing grievances and absence management.
  • Ability to support HR Business Partners in driving performance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert employee relations advice on various HR issues.
  • Manage formal investigations and hearings effectively.
  • Deliver training to managers on employee relations matters.
  • Analyze ER data to identify trends and improve processes.
