Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Producer in both ATL or BTL productions.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale productions and managing large budgets.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to work with finance systems.
• Solid post-production knowledge and experience working with internal and external teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable with fast-paced environments and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead production on assigned projects, overseeing all stages.
• Ensure projects adhere to agreed timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
• Communicate between production, agency, suppliers, and vendors.
• Prepare and manage production budgets ranging from £100k–£500k.
• Coordinate with post-production teams for smooth delivery.
• Manage day-to-day production logistics and scheduling.
