Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Estimator or Assistant Estimator role within construction.
• Experience with façades, cladding, envelope, or specialist subcontract packages.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for façade and envelope packages.
• Review tender documentation, drawings, and specifications.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes.
• Assist with value engineering and alternative solutions.
