Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant in a live environment.
• Knowledge of Education, Healthcare, and Leisure refurbishment.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing estimates, bids, and tenders.
• Manage subcontractors through procurement processes.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts.
• Prepare monthly applications for payment.
