• Experience in managing subcontractors and clients.
• Awareness of NEC3 and JCT Contracts.
• Familiarity with Standard Method of Measurement 7.

Responsibilities

• Site measurements and prepare weekly cost reports.
• Liaise with site teams for quotations and estimates.
• Management of subcontractors and order placements.
• Production of valuations and submission to clients.
• Interpret drawings and agree estimates with teams.
