Are you an enthusiastic and committed Humanities Teacher looking for a new challenge in a supportive and progressive school?

Can you teach any of the following subjects up to GCSE Level:

  • Health & Wellbeing
  • Geography
  • History
  • RE

Required for a September start, a popular Secondary School based in Newport is looking to recruit a qualified Humanities Teacher to enrich the learning and development of their KS3 & KS4 students. The school seeks a Humanities Teacher who can create engaging and innovative lesson plans, demonstrate effective teaching practices, and exhibit strong behaviour management skills.

The position is full-time and includes planning and assessment under the guidance of the Head of Department. The successful candidate may also be asked to prepare individual plans for Learning Support Assistants working 1:1 with ALN students.
