The role involves managing a team of HR specialists, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and handling employee relations cases. Ideal candidates will have extensive HR management experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to foster relationships at a senior level. This full-time position offers a hybrid working model, requiring an office presence approximately three days per week.
An exciting vacancy has arisen for a HR Operations Manager to join a fast-growing HR team, based in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a values-driven business who pride themselves on delivering a quality service. This is a key role in leading the delivery of the operational HR support to the business covering all areas of HR administration, first line support for Managers and employees and ER case management.
This really is a fantastic opportunity to add value to a business going through a huge period of growth and positive change. My client is open to experience and background for this role – however a real bredth and depth of experience in HR and managing teams ideally gained from within a fast-paced, multi-site organisation is preferred. A proven ability to build strong working relationships at a senior level is key along with having had exposure to large-scale change such as TUPE and M&A activity.
Please note this is a full-time role that offers hybrid and flexible working, but does require someone that is happy to have a presence in the office approximately 3 days per week.
