What you'll be doing

• Develop and manage HR policies and procedures from the ground up, tailored to the company's needs.
• Handle the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and personnel file maintenance.
• Assist in creating process documentation, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and job aids, to standardise HR functions.
• Support compliance audits and regulatory reviews, ensuring employee data and offboarding processes meet legal requirements.
• Implement and interpret HR policies across teams, maintaining consistency and compliance in practices.
