A healthcare organization in York is seeking a part-time HR Business Partner to provide HR support across Care Group and Corporate Directorates. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations cases and advising on organizational change. The ideal candidate will have CIPD chartered membership, strong interpersonal skills, and experience in a dynamic environment. Offering various benefits, this position requires some face-to-face engagements but predominantly offers remote work flexibility.
We have an exciting opportunity for a part‑time (30 hours) HR Business Partner who is highly motivated and ready to work in a fast‑paced team.
As part of the Trust's Operational HR department, you will work with, and manage, members of the HR Advisory team to provide generalist HR support to Care Group and Corporate Directorates.
The role can be based at either our York or Scarborough site, with a requirement to work across any of our Trust sites. Working from home is normal, but you will need to attend face‑to‑face meetings when required.
