HR Business Partner – BCRM (Bristol Centre for Reproductive Medicine)

Location: On-site at BCRM, Bristol

Full-Time or Part-Time Considered

CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or equivalent experience)

Sector: Healthcare (IVF/Reproductive Health experience highly desirable)

Salary: £33,000-35,000 per annum prorate

As part of our ongoing growth, we are now looking to appoint a highly capable Finance Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence across our operations.

Job Purpose

The HRBP acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing HR expertise to drive organizational performance, talent development, and employee engagement. To act as the primary HR contact for business leaders in assigned local operations, driving people initiatives, advising on HR matters, and supporting the implementation of global HR strategies at the site level. To closely cooperate with the Group HR functions, share insights, and provide all required data to ensure consistency, compliance, and informed decision‑making across the organization.
