We are seeking a proactive and organised Junior HR Assistant to join our team in Perth. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in HR. In this role, you will receive guidance and training from our HR Advisor, gaining hands‑on experience across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, HR compliance, QHSE processes, internal communications, and general HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Screening: Assist with job advertising, application screening, scheduling interviews, candidate communications, and maintaining tracking systems.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare employment contracts and onboarding packs, coordinate pre‑employment checks, facilitate inductions, and support offboarding processes.
  • HR Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate employee records, track certifications and training, support audits, and ensure compliance with internal and legislative requirements.
  • QHSE Support: Provide administrative assistance for safety records, training matrices, incident reporting, and coordination between HR and QHSE teams.
  • General HR Administration: Support HR calendars, training sessions, workshops, employee events, and general administrative tasks as required.
