The role:
- As HR Advisor you will provide HR guidance and advice to support line managers within the business on matters such as absence, conduct, performance and policy.
- The HR advisor will be responsible for handling employee relation cases ensuring confidentiality, fairness, and compliance with company standards and employment law.
- The HR Advisor manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding, including job adverts, interview coordination, contracts, induction delivery, and maintaining accurate recruitment and onboarding records.
- The HR advisor will be responsible for preparing all formal HR documentation such as investigation notes, disciplinary and grievance packs, and ensure employee records are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
- The HR Advisor will coordinate payroll data with Finance and Payroll teams, ensuring all changes, absences, bonuses, and queries are processed accurately and on time.
- As HR Advisor you will support learning and development by coordinating training programmes, maintaining training records, tracking compliance, and contributing to HR workshops and capability building initiatives.
- The HR Advisor will assist with wider HR projects including organisational change, process improvements, template updates, and employee experience initiatives, while building strong, trusted relationships across the business.
- You will also undertake any other HR‑related duties or projects as required to support the business and the HR function.
Ideal candidate:
- You will have 2 years of experience in a HR role, ideally within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
- You will have proven experience managing employee relations cases within a business environment.
- You will have a proactive attitude and able to take ownership of tasks to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard, and on time.
- You will have strong knowledge of Microsoft packages including excel and outlook.
- CIPD level 5 preferred (or working towards)
- Able to travel to Southall 5 days a week.
