A leading recruitment firm is seeking an HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals in a hybrid role based in the UK. The successful candidate will drive organizational design, talent development, and strategic HR projects while collaborating closely with business leaders and the HR practice. Key skills include strategic delivery, business partnering, and HR expertise, along with proficiency in tools like SAP and PowerBI. This position offers a competitive daily rate of £270 for a contract duration of 6 months.
HR Business Partner
6 months, £270 per day
Hybrid – Anywhere. Birmingham, London, or Woking (2 days onsite)
The HR Business Partner partners with the business area's leadership team to drive the successful delivery of the people strategy in line with the business strategy. They will consult with the business on topics including but not limited to organisational design & development, engagement, organisational culture, building capability, developing our talent, compensation and reward. Working in close collaboration with the HRBP Practice, HRDs, and COCs, this role is responsible for providing HR expertise and strategic HR direction and delivery in partnership with the business.
Responsible for one or more strategic project. Projects will have a Capgemini BU and UK impact, be strategically significant in achieving our priorities and add value in one or more ways to a variety of stakeholders, such as the business area, employees, managers, leadership, the HRBP practice, the wider HR Function.
