A logistics company in the West Midlands is seeking a Hub Maintenance Engineer to join its team. The successful candidate will be a multi-skilled engineer with electrical expertise, responsible for reactive maintenance and preventative works. Experience in fault finding with PLC systems and 18th Edition Wiring Regulations is advantageous. This role offers a dynamic shift pattern and the opportunity to work with advanced equipment within a collaborative engineering environment.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Hub Maintenance Engineer to join our Rugby Hub Team.
To join us at our Hub, you will be a multi-skilled Engineer, ideally with an Electrical bias. On a day to day basis you will report into our Senior Engineer who will assign PPM and project work across the shift. Some experience of Fault Finding across PLC's would be beneficial in addition to your 18th Edition Wiring Regs.

You'll be joining a team of Engineers, working across a PANAMA shift pattern (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off) across Days and Nights, who are responsible for Reactive Maintenance and PPM across the Hub. The vacancy involves limited facilities work.

Once you've been assigned your work projects it will be up to you to decide the best approach and pro-actively find solutions to complex issues. You may work with external Engineers on certain projects as well as wider optimisation groups and Continuous Improvement work.
