Job description
Responsibilities
  • Provide HSE support to Blades UK at our facility based on the Isle of Wight
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of HSE compliance of site, documentation, conduct internal, and support external HSE inspections/audits and attend meetings to offer guidance on all HSE matters
  • Support the management team at all levels, handling site compliance, incidents and ensuring the necessary corrective/preventive actions are implemented within the required timescales and management systems
  • Collect, validate, report, and respond to HSE data
  • Ensure compliance to HSE legislation across site/projects and review and revise documents in support of the HSE Management System
  • Ensure close collaboration with stakeholders on HSE matters and ensure continuous review of the company\'s Safe Systems of Work in order to drive improvement
  • Support the organization in regard to COSHH, Risk Assessment, Walks & Talks, Incident Management and Environmental Aspects and internal & external Audits for ISO 14001, 45001 and 50001
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years in equivalent HSE role
  • Nebosh General Certificate
  • IEMA
  • ISO 14001/45001 Internal Auditor
  • Competencies: Thorough understanding of HSE legislation and the capacity to implement them effectively
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to communicate with all stakeholders
  • Analytical skills
