A leading EPC Contractor in South Wales is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to develop and implement HSE strategies in compliance with UK regulations. The successful candidate will promote an active safety culture, lead safety audits and inspections, and advise project directors. This role is vital for ensuring a safe working environment and involves collaboration with clients and regulatory bodies. The position offers a contract duration of 12 months with competitive hours and overtime options.
NESFircroft continue to partner with an indusrty leading Power Client searching for a HSE Manager for our company profile (EPC Contractor). The HSE Manager shall collaborate actively in preparing the RAMS and SSoW documentation for certain activities, not only revising / approving them.
As Safety is our clients primary goal, they give this position utmost importance. They value above many other aspects proactivity and implication, someone who is able to ensure there is a safer working site.
Start date: 05thJan 2026
Location: Cilfynydd, South Wales
Working hours: Mon-Fri 10 h, Saturdays and Sundays overtime (same rate that standard time) - with prior notice
Contract duration: 12 Months initial
