Overview

HSE Manager opportunity with a growing yet well-established M&E contractor working with a London-based business unit. You will be working with the Group HSE Director overseeing 4-5 projects at one time in the commercial and life sciences sectors, delivering to prestigious main contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all health and safety documentation and processes on multiple sites (4-5 projects) at one time.
• Lead and develop a team of HSE advisors; opportunity to grow this team over time.
• Collaborate with the Group HSE Director across commercial and life sciences projects.
• Ensure compliance with HSE legislation and company policies, and maintain relevant documentation.
• Engage with main contractors and maintain strong relationships to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• IOSH certification is essential.
• Experience managing HSE across multiple projects within M&E, commercial, or life sciences sectors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
