HSE Lead – Excellent opportunity for a HSE Lead for a site in North Ayrshire, Scotland. The company is a leading engineering and maintenance provider, supporting clients across sectors including petrochemical, nuclear, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, power, and renewables. They are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Lead to join their team. This is a key on-site role focused on maintaining and enhancing safety standards within our operations.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting audits and inspections
  • Managing and investigating incidents
  • Ensuring compliance with HSE legislation and CDM regulations
  • Driving improvement planning and implementation
  • Supporting and maintaining management system standards
Experience & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in the industrial services or petrochemical industry
  • Familiarity with Mechanical or SIPS departments is highly desirable
  • NVQ Level 5 / NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)
