Salary: £40,000–£55,000 per annum

Are you a passionate HR professional looking to make a real impact? We’re looking for a proactive HR Business Partner to join our team in Bromsgrove and play a key role in shaping our people strategy during an exciting period of growth.

HR Business Partner role

As our HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and managers to deliver a proactive, solutions-focused HR service. You’ll partner across the business to drive engagement, strengthen culture, and ensure our people have the support they need to thrive.

This is a true generalist role—perfect for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and building trusted relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to managers, offering expert advice on HR matters
  • Support organisational change initiatives and workforce planning
  • Lead on employee relations cases, ensuring positive and fair outcomes
  • Develop and implement HR policies and best practices
  • Deliver training, coaching and guidance to managers
  • Support with talent management, performance, and employee development
  • Use HR data and insights to influence decisions and continuous improvement
The successful HR Business Partner will have the following skills and experience
  • MCIPD or studying towards (or equivalent experience)
  • Full driving licence and access to a car as there will be some travel to other offices.
  • Confident advising and influencing at all levels
  • Experienced in a generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
  • Enhanced employment law knowledge
  • Skilled in building rapport and managing relationships with senior managers as well as being able to interact with colleagues at all levels.
  • Solutions‑driven with a collaborative, hands‑on approach
In return you can expect to receive a basic salary of
  • £40,000–£55,000 salary
