HR Transformation Senior Consultant (ServiceNow HRSD) | Hybrid | To £70k + bonus

If you're the kind of person who gets stuck into transforming how HR works… not just tweaking systems, but rethinking processes, experience, and the digital layer that ties it all together then this one's for you.

I'm working with a consultancy that's growing their HR practice, and they're after a Senior Consultant with strong ServiceNow HRSD experience. You'll help large organisations re-imagine HR service delivery in a world where employee experience, automation, and agility matter more than ever.

You’ll be designing and implementing HR and GBS solutions that make work simpler, smoother, and more human (using ServiceNow HRSD as the engine). Think mapping out end-to-end journeys (onboarding, offboarding, case management), building out future‑state designs, and shaping how technology supports every stage of the employee lifecycle.

This isn't a technical developer role it's about HR transformation consulting. The team are looking for someone who understands how HR works today, what great looks like tomorrow, and how to bring that to life through ServiceNow. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders, run workshops, lead workstreams, and bring a strategic view on how HR technology can drive real organisational change.

What you'll bring:

• Experience in HR process design, stakeholder engagement and transformation delivery
• A solid understanding of how ServiceNow HRSD enables HR services (case management, lifecycle events, onboarding etc.)
• Familiarity with automation, AI, and collaboration tools across HR functions
• The ability to translate business needs into ServiceNow-enabled solutions
• Ideally, experience from a consulting background or large-scale HR transformation programme
