A regional police force in Birmingham seeks a talented HR/Training Analyst to analyze training and skills data across various systems. The role involves developing dashboards, producing monthly reports, and providing insights to key stakeholders. Candidates should have strong experience with Power BI and large datasets. This full-time position offers a chance to influence HR practices within the organization.
We are looking for a talented and innovative individual with detailed knowledge of reporting products and dashboard creation for an exciting opportunity as a HR/Training Analyst within the People Services function.
You will be responsible for reporting and analysing training and skills data using information from a range of systems across the directorate as well as external data sources to provide value added analysis, insights and recommendations to key stakeholders in both People Services and the wider organisation.
The role will be based across 2 locations, working at Tally Ho! Training Centre and Lloyd House.
The post holder will report to the Lead Analyst in People Services, but be expected to work on their own initiative and have close links with colleagues at all levels within the Training function.

Vetting: Successful applicants will be required to pass Management Vetting and Counter Terrorism Clearance scrutiny prior to commencing their role, this will include a full background & financial disclosure as part of the vetting process.
Medical: Appointment to this role will be dependent upon successfully medical checks, which may include a drugs test and if required a fitness test.
Hours: This is a full-time role (36.5) hours, working core hours.
