Overview

People and Organisational Development | Up to two locations available with hybrid working see advert | £54,537 (including inner London weighting of £5262)

Contract type: Fixed Term Contract

HR Systems Manager (iTrent)

London HQ or Cardiff Gate with hybrid working

35 hours, 12 months fixed term or secondment opportunity

Salary range £49,275 – £55,668 per annum plus £5,262 per annum London weighting if applicable

Responsibilities
  • Deploy, maintain and optimise our HR systems, in particular the iTrent HR and payroll system.
  • Develop and use our systems and data to generate insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive improvements.

  • Advanced technical knowledge and experience managing HR and payroll systems, in particular iTrent,
  • Generalist HR knowledge and a working knowledge of payroll legislation.
  • Experience of project management and stakeholder engagement to turn business requirements into technical solutions.
