A leading HR Service Provider is looking for a HR Specialist- TUPE and Change to join their team. This remote role requires expertise in TUPE and change management, managing project leads, and ensuring legal compliance throughout change activities. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and stakeholder management skills. We have a unique opportunity for a remote HR Specialist- TUPE and Change to join our growing and people centric HR Shared Services team at Aramark UK.
We are currently recruiting for a solutions focussed project lead, with strong knowledge, experience and insight into TUPE and Change activity and processes.
Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations and working closely with the operations and the wider central services team you will lead on, and project manage UK wide small to medium end to end TUPE and business change projects.
To be successful in this role, you will be a TUPE and Change subject matter expert who is able to fact find, ensure legal compliance and drive positive results. You will be an expert in restructure activity, consultations and redundancies.
This is a temporary role for around 4 months.
