A major investment management firm in the UK seeks an experienced HR Operations professional. The role involves managing employee lifecycle processes, resolving complex HR transactions, and providing employee relations guidance. The ideal candidate will have previous HR experience, specifically in the EMEA region, and proficiency in HRIS software like Workday. Communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams are essential. This position offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on professional development.
In this role you will manage employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, contract variations, offboarding, leave of absence and standard employee relations cases.
You will resolve complex transactions as well as troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues which often include cross organizational teams. You will serve as the subject matter expert for EMEA and APAC within the Global HR Service Center, partnering with COEs for transaction or issue resolution.
Manage leave of absence cases from end‑to‑end, including but not limited to :
Provide employee & leader query management relating to employment policies that have been assessed by the HR Contact Center as requiring subject matter expertise to resolve.
Provide advisory and coaching service to leaders about employee relations situations including;
