Overview

Is our Case Management Administrator the role for you? This is a part-time role (0.68 FTE) equivalent to 25 hours per week. About the Role

You’ll work as part of a team managing cases relating to employee lifecycle transactions, such as new starters, leavers, and everything in between. Ideally you’ll have expertise or experience in using Itrent (or similar) to manage and track cases and support in resolving them. You may have HR expertise and be seeking a new challenge with room to grow (two of our recent hires have progressed into advisor level roles) or a strong background in customer service with HR qualifications to utilise.

Recruitment timeline

Position is open until 6th October. Initial calls will be the week beginning 6th October with the TA team. The process will be two-staged: an initial call with Hiring Managers the week beginning 13th October and face-to-face interviews the week beginning 20th October.
