A governmental agency in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking an HR Policy Lead to oversee the development and implementation of HR policies. In this dynamic role, you will manage a small team and ensure policies are inclusive and aligned with best practices in equality, diversity, and inclusion. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and analytical skills, along with a relevant HR qualification.
As HR Policy Lead you will lead the development and implementation of IBCA’s people policies. You will be responsible for ensuring the approach to HR policy is inclusive, future-focused, and aligned with cross-IBCA frameworks. You will manage a small team of two and work closely across the wider HR team to ensure policies are joined.
This is a dynamic and fast-paced role which involves managing multiple priorities and frequently changing requirements, so you will need to be comfortable working with a level of ambiguity and uncertainty.
