A healthcare organization in the United Kingdom is searching for a proactive HR professional. This role involves providing HR support services and ensuring compliance with policies and current employment legislation. The successful candidate will have a CIPD level 5 or equivalent and will manage a demanding workload, offering both administrative and professional support to managers. This position can be full-time or part-time and offers a competitive salary along with generous annual leave and training opportunities.

We are looking for a knowledgeable, enthusiastic and passionate person who wants to progress their career in HR/People Services and be an integral part of a small dynamic team to deliver a comprehensive service across the organisation and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
The innovative HR/People Services function provides support services to the wider agency. You will ensure HR practices align with policies and procedures and are in line with current employment legislation and are implemented consistently.
This is a generalist role with the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, and assisting in data reporting. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role by being the first point of contact for managers on HR related matters. This is an exciting time to join us, and no two days are the same.
You should be flexible in your approach, have the ability to manage a demanding workload and be able to work autonomously and make decisions within the remit of the role.
Following the successful completion of the induction period there is the opportunity for hybrid working.
This post can be full time (37.5 hours) or part time (tba). The office hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
