We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll and HR Coordinator to join our HR Team on a fixed term contract for up to 12 months, based in our Head Office in Manchester.

The Payroll & HR Coordinator plays a vital role in the efficient administration of payroll and human resources activities. Working closely with the HR, Finance, and external payroll provider (ADP), this role is responsible for accurate data entry, maintaining employee records and supporting finance operations through SAP. The position ensures HR and payroll activities are delivered accurately, compliantly, and on time, contributing to smooth organisational operations and a positive employee experience.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong planning and organisational skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role requires the ability to work with accuracy, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate professionalism when handling sensitive information.
