  • Manage the central HR inbox, responding to day‑to‑day queries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Coordinate the new joiner process, including preparing contracts and managing onboarding trackers.
  • Input and maintain employee data across HR systems.
  • Support systems configuration and troubleshooting for Workday queries.
