A newly created HR Operations Manager role is now available at a famous, global broadcast media and entertainment business to join their London HQ (West End). With an awards cabinet full of some of the most prestigious accolades in the entertainment industry, this business is famous for its silver screen and small screen output. Reporting into the Head of Reward & HR Operations, this role will engage across all HR functions globally, ensuring that the processes that sit behind the employee lifecycle are optimised, streamlined and where possible, automated and systemised. A key factor is the generation and dissemination of employee metrics, captured and analysed so that business and HR leaders have access to real time data across the HR landscape. This business is on a journey to automate, streamline and systemise, so prior experience of completing similar transformation programmes is essential. You will act as the key contact point for employees regarding HR Operations queries and be a highly visible SME for the leadership team to coach them through this journey. As a result, the business is looking to meet HR Operations Managers who have led initiatives to automate repetitive tasks and systemise with AI, as well as identify opportunities to streamline processes, maintaing data accuracy and compliance across the employee lifecycle. Previous experience feeding into HR Technology and Data teams is also advantageous. In addition to the above salary this role qualifies for an annual cash bonus and extensive benefits.
