A community-focused charity in Godstone is seeking an HR Officer responsible for providing first-line HR support. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HR experience and a CIPD Level 3 qualification. This role includes supporting staff wellbeing and implementing HR processes. Location : The Orpheus Centre, Godstone, Surrey
Salary : £26,370.94 (FTE £30,766.09)
Hours : 30 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (with occasional flexibility)
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer to provide first-line HR support and guidance across the organisation. You will play a key role in implementing HR policies, supporting managers and staff, and ensuring compliance with employment law and regulatory standards (CQC and Ofsted).
