The Role – HR Officer

Our client, a well-regarded education organisation based in Slough, is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis, starting ASAP.

The successful candidate will support the delivery of a high-quality HR service, providing advice and guidance to managers and staff across a range of HR matters, including recruitment, employee relations, absence management, and performance management. You will also support the consistent application of HR policies and procedures in line with current employment legislation.
