Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in London is looking for an experienced HR Manager for a temporary role with the potential for extension. In this dynamic position, you will manage Employee Relations cases, provide guidance on HR policies, and support senior leadership with HR analytics. Ideal candidates will have proven HR experience and a CIPD qualification. This role offers a pay rate of £35-£42 per hour with hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior, hands-on HR role.
• CIPD qualification.
• Strong expertise in employee relations case management.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Employee Relations (ER) cases, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Review and update company policies to align with UK employment law.
• Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Produce HR reports and analytics for senior leadership.
• Analyse employee engagement surveys and design improvement initiatives.
• Support the HR function and wider senior management team as required.
