A leading UK boarding school is looking for an HR Manager to lead a small HR team responsible for human resources across two schools. The ideal candidate should have a CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent experience. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. All about the role:
The HR Manager is responsible for a small team consisting of two HR Administrators and a Payroll Officer who together, deliver the бек function across two schools and an on-site Sports Club.
Alongside team management, the HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day aspects of human resources practices and processes, this role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and school policies.
Applicants should be qualified to CIPD level 5 (or CIPD level 3 with 5+ years experience).
This is an on-site role is a busy and vibrant school set in attractive grounds and offering free parking, excellent value sports club membership including pool, gym and fitness classes, and lunch provided daily in term time.
