Qualifications

The Role

Partner with site leadership to deliver a people plan aligned to business goals. You'll be a hands‑on HR generalist, advising, coaching and challenging managers while driving a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead people operations and employee relations, working with HR Shared Services
  • Coach and support managers on policy, performance, engagement and employment law
  • Analyse people data to drive insight, action and continuous improvement
  • Lead inductions, training compliance and management development
  • Champion employee engagement, recognition and EDI
  • Support recruitment, absence and holiday management
Person Specification
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong HR generalist with solid UK employment law knowledge
  • Confident adviser with excellent communication and stakeholder skills
  • Data‑driven, solutions‑focused and commercially aware
  • Passionate about creating an outstanding employee experience
