Overview

This incredibly impressive, successful and international Law Firm is looking for an experienced HR Information Management professional to join its highly-regarded HR Team.

Role and responsibilities
  • The HR Systems and MI Manager will be responsible for managing and optimising the Firm’s HR system and delivering insightful management information (MI) to support strategic decision-making within the Firm.
  • This role involves ensuring the effective use of HR technology to streamline processes and enhance data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • The role holder will work closely with HR, IT and Finance teams, to ensure the right solutions and processes are in place to support the evolving needs of the business.
  • There is line management responsibility of a Systems Analyst and a Reporting and MI Analyst. The role reports into our Head of HR Policy & Services.
Qualifications

To apply you will need a proven track record in managing HR Information Systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors, proven experience in HR systems management and MI delivery, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment, and have experience of leading HR systems
