Responsibilities

As a HR Manager, you will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, providing accurate advice in line with current employment legislation
  • Lead and implement HR strategy aligned with the company’s goals and values
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
  • Support managers with performance reviews, absence management, disciplinary and grievance processes
  • Maintain and develop HR policies, procedures, and documentation while ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements

As a HR Manager, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a standalone HR role or similar position
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Comfortable managing both strategic projects and hands-on day-to-day HR administration
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working within a fast-paced SME or similar environment is desirable
