The Role

  • Manage and maintain accurate personnel records, safeguarding compliance with data protection and safer recruitment requirements.
  • Coordinate training, professional development, and appraisal systems.
  • Support well-being and staff engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding and safer recruitment standards.
  • Lead on HR strategy, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
