HR Insights Specialist

Are you passionate about turning people data into meaningful stories that drive better business decisions? We’re looking for a HR Insights Specialist to join us on our journey to transform how we deliver People Insights across BSI.
In this pivotal role, you’ll create actionable insights, analysis and dashboards for our Global Functions and Business Divisions. You’ll partner with stakeholders from across the organisation to uncover the trends and intelligence we need to deliver on our strategic goals. This is a truly varied role – part data deep-dive, part stakeholder engagement, with opportunities to contribute to research initiatives and focus groups.
