A leading technology services firm is seeking an Oracle HRIS Specialist to provide hands-on support for HR systems. This role involves first-line support for HR queries, investigating system issues, and enhancing system performance for better usability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR systems and excellent problem-solving skills. The position is hybrid, requiring presence at the Warwick HQ one day per month.

Reporting to the Senior Product Owner, you'll be hands‑on with analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and continuous improvements. You'll also coach colleagues, simplify processes, and provide first‑line support to keep our HR systems running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of HR and technology – making systems work better for people.
