Job summary

A regional ambulance service provider is seeking an HR Hub Transactional Officer. In this full-time role, you will provide HR-related guidance and ensure data accuracy within HR systems. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. The position offers a salary between £24,937 to £26,598 per annum on a fixed-term contract lasting 9 months. Experience with HR/Payroll systems and clerical duties in a pressured environment is needed. The role is based in Liverpool, England.

Qualifications

• Experience of payroll/HR systems and web-based packages.
• Proven experience of meeting deadlines whilst working under pressure.
• Knowledge of statutory regulations relevant to NHS.

Responsibilities

• Providing guidance to managers and staff on HR-related issues.
• Ensuring payroll system data is accurate and up to date.
• Processing transactional documents and support within the HR Hub.
