You’ll work alongside experienced HR professionals and get involved in everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, talent development and HR strategy. • You’ll be offered a starting salary of £27,000 per annum, rising to £29,000 in your second year

Things you’ll be involved in as a HR Graduate

• General HR Support – preparing reports and presentations, assisting senior HR professionals with various tasks and supporting our diversity, inclusion and belonging initiatives
• Ensuring compliance of policies – updating company policies in line with any employment law changes and supporting with any audits
• Supporting with employee relations and engagement
• Maintaining accurate employee records and databases
• Assisting with the creation of employment contracts

What you need to succeed as a HR Graduate

• As a minimum, we require you to have a 2:2 or above in Human Resources or a related discipline
• Right to work in the UK beyond a Graduate Visa or Skilled work route
• Full Driving Licence by September 2026
• Flexible approach to location – you will be expected to move around the UK for different placements
• The drive and desire to succeed in an exciting environment
