About The Role

We are seeking a HR Director to lead and implement our strategic HR initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will ensure HR's proactive role in developing and executing the university’s strategy, focusing on staff matters, service effectiveness, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing HR strategies for large, diverse organizations, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. This role offers a significant opportunity to influence the university’s future success and regional impact.
