This role involves developing dashboards and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making across the business. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Data & MI Analyst to join a forward thinking organisation undergoing digital transformation. The business is implementing a fully integrated HR system (Dayforce) that will provide HR, payroll, time and attendance, recruitment, and talent management capabilities.
Reporting to the Reward Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining HR reports, dashboards, and insights – ensuring key stakeholders have access to accurate and meaningful people data that supports effective decision making.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about data analytics, HR systems, and continuous improvement in the people analytics space.
