  • Lead the setup and maintenance of the salary and benefits planning tool (EVO).
  • Forecast and model headcount and compensation costs, including standard cost updates and budget scenarios.
  • Provide analytical support during salary review cycles and collaborate with Reward on compensation evolution.
  • Conduct monthly variance analysis on salary and benefits overheads costs using EVO and Payroll data.
  • Prepare and deliver insightful reports for Finance and HR leadership.

Overview

Are you passionate about numbers, driven by data, and energized by the opportunity to influence strategic workforce decisions? We're looking for a HR Cost and Workforce Analyst to join our HR team and take ownership of general people costs including salary and benefits cost planning, analysis, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional analytical and mathematical skills, a deep understanding of cost structures, and a proactive mindset for partnering with the broader HR Team as well as Finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the setup and maintenance of the salary and benefits planning tool (EVO).
  • Forecast and model headcount and compensation costs, including standard cost updates and budget scenarios.
  • Provide analytical support during salary review cycles and collaborate with Reward on compensation evolution.
  • Conduct monthly variance analysis on salary and benefits overheads costs using EVO and Payroll data.
  • Monitor and reconcile other overhead costs in SAP ECC and Excel, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure actual costs are correctly registered and aligned with financial projections and forecasts.
  • Act as the go-to expert for Centres of Expertise on cost management and workforce financials.
  • Evaluate and validate cost implications of additional headcount requests.
  • Collaborate with Organization & Improvement teams and other stakeholders to consolidate and interpret cost data across functions.
  • Prepare and deliver insightful reports for Finance and HR leadership, including recharges, salary costs trends, and cost center breakdowns.
  • Ensure coherence and consistency across all reporting outputs, leveraging EVO dashboards and Excel.
  • Respond to ad hoc data requests with speed, accuracy, and strategic insight.
  • Lead or support cross-functional projects related to workforce cost optimization and analytics.
  • Monitor and report on project-related costs, ensuring alignment with budget and business goals.
