Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist with the grievance and disciplinary procedures providing accurate and thorough meeting minutes.
  • Assist with the recruitment process preparing offer letters.
  • Handle HR-related queries from employees, directing them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programs.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Microsoft Sharepoint)
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases is an advantage.
  • Understanding of employment law and HR best practices is beneficial.
