Contract: 6-Month Fixed-Term
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday - 08:30 - 17:00

About the Role

I have been requested to partner and support our client based on the outskirts of Devizes to recruit an organised and detail-focused HR Co-ordinator to join our clients HR team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is eager to gain hands‑on HR experience or progress their career in HR.

The HR Co-ordinator will provide vital administrative and clerical support across the HR function, helping to ensure efficient, accurate and confidential HR operations. You will support recruitment and onboarding, maintain employee records, process HR documentation and provide a first point of contact for employee enquiries.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
  • Maintain and update employee personnel records (digital and physical).
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including job advertising, interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including contracts and documentation.
  • Process HR documents such as employment contracts, letters and forms.
  • Track employee attendance, leave records and timesheets.
  • Assist with payroll data preparation and benefits administration.
  • Respond to employee enquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
  • Perform general office duties including filing, data entry and report preparation.

  • Conduct yourself professionally and represent Dauntsey's with tact and diplomacy.
