Overview

Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong track record in leading organisations through complex change programmes? We are seeking an HR Change Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting our organisation during a period of significant transition, including a planned site closure, redundancy processes, and redeployment activity.

Competitive salary - hybrid working.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end HR change programme relating to site closure, redundancies, and redeployment.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and staff on all aspects of organisational change.
  • Oversee consultation processes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
  • Develop and implement fair, transparent, and sensitive approaches to redeployment and outplacement support.
  • Partner with senior leaders to maintain engagement, trust, and morale throughout the change journey.
  • Support workforce planning and transition activities to enable future organisational sustainability.
About You
  • Proven experience in managing HR change programmes, including redundancies and redeployment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and best practice in change management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach, with resilience and emotional intelligence.
  • Experience in the not-for-profit or public sector would be an advantage, but not essential.
