HR Business Partner – National, Remote Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a growing organisation undergoing significant change and development. This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with leaders to influence, shape and deliver people strategies that drive organisational success.

The HR Business Partner will play a key role in providing guidance on workforce planning, employee relations and organisational development. A major part of the role will involve leading and supporting change management activity, including harmonisation projects and acquisitions, ensuring that new teams are integrated effectively and that people processes remain aligned to organisational goals. The role will also support the onboarding of newly acquired businesses.

You will help drive talent management, succession planning and employee engagement initiatives, building a positive and high-performing culture. Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and internal policies will be essential, along with using HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide insight that supports continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

To succeed in this role, you will bring at least five years’ experience as an HR Business Partner in a busy and change-focused environment, with strong business acumen and the ability to align HR activity with wider organisational objectives. You will have hands‑on experience of M&A harmonisation and onboarding, including HR systems and payroll transitions, and will be comfortable navigating complex stakeholder landscapes. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and confidence working with HR systems and analytics will also be essential.

Experience working within a multi-site business would be beneficial, as would a professional HR qualification such as CIPD Level 5 or above.
